At Craft Your Wayy, we offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum required!

  • Processing Time:
    • In-Stock Items: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
    • Custom Orders: As all custom products are made to order with care and precision, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please understand that once a custom product has been made, it cannot be resold or reused.

No Returns – All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We highly encourage you to double-check your custom details (names, dates, spelling, etc.) before placing your order.


Defective or Damaged Items – Exchange Only

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to exchange it.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please email us at craftyourwayy@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • The product must be returned to us for a quality inspection before a replacement is issued.
  • Once the defective item is received and reviewed, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Note: Exchanges are only approved for products that are determined to be defective due to a production issue.
